Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We will provide a choice of store credit or a full refund for items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or are shipped out in error.                    

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return processes must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt of damaged or incorrect item and photo proof for any damaged items will be required. Please note that we will not be able to process your return if we are not contacted within 72hours and if photo proof of damage or product issue is not provided.

ALL returns should be mailed within 7 days of package receipt date. Please pack the return properly to avoid damage to the items. Items that are returned damaged in any other way may be ineligible for a store credit or refund.

PLEASE be sure to follow all the rules listed above for returns as KM Dazzli LLC will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken.
